Multiple visits to clear my psych profile, a man was arrested for fraud trying to claim I had a psych disorder. As well as a woman for trespassing and having a psychotic episode. The staff is professional and provided all legally required information. They can get the process to end as quickly as possible.

At first they were very helpful but now about a month later they aren't as helpful and much harder to get a hold of people as well. This experience took place over the Christmas holidays of 2020.

Been taking my mom for 10 plus years to this Facility, and the ONLY reason we continue is because of rhe EXCELLENT care of Dr. Cheang, BUT THE Front Office Staff, Case Managers and supposedly Supervisors are an Absolute Joke! They Never return calls, don't seem to be knowledgeable on their own policy nor procedures, whenever you call to speak to a particular person is either "busy" or 'not in the office". Ive been atrempting to call and make an appt for a week now and keep getting the run around. Needless to say, the point of contact has a detailed voice message both in English & Spanish detailing she will return the phone call, what a joke. Anyways, let me just add their waiting lobby is filthy too. They are there to provide a service and assist the clients in need. What an absolute waste of time and resource.
