Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation. He was also very patient while we waited for the county cleanup, power to return, and other delays. I also spoke with the owner, Jon, and learned a lot from him about the process, which was super helpful. The estimate provided was so detailed it was even accepted by State Farm.
Jenny was amazing as well, handling financials, appointments, and follow-up with incredible efficiency.

The cleanup crew did an awesome job and the house was absolutely spotless. Because of their thorough cleaning, we felt so comfortable moving our family back home.

Once we gave SMS the green light, the entire process was super smooth. There were three things we especially appreciated:
1. Pictures of Progress: We received links to photos showing their progress.
2. Detailed Reports: They provided photos of progress reports and checklists for each room.

“I have only had Tri Maids come for the initial clean so far, but it was so nice on Tuesday to come home to a clean house. Cleaning services have gone up since I've used one, but that's not a mark against Tri Maids, that's just so you don't get sticker shock when you call them. I love the three people idea. Things happen much more compactly, and after an hour and a bit, they're done. I would highly recommend Tri Maids. I have signed up for an every other week service, so I will be back as the weeks elapse.“
