Alex really helped me out! I'm very grateful for the service CR Appliance Repair Company has provided! I highly recommend it! They've helped me with repairing my refrigerator for a fair price, while the other company said it is impossible! I'm very happy with the result!! Thank you guys a lot!! ?
Alex was great! He really took the time to check out our older Viking oven. He explained everything as he went (which I appreciated since I was curious), ordered the parts quickly, and came back fast to get it fixed. Super nice, thorough, and made sure everything was working before he left. Definitely recommend!
My technician was punctual, gave updates as to time of arrival and arrivied at the time he said he would. Was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Did a thorough analysis of my fridge and explained in easy terms what the problem was and what the solotion was. Part was ordered and it came in on the day it was expected. Final repairs were done the very next day and we're completed with precision and very quickly. I would definitely recommend CR appliance repair and use them again if needed.
