Dealing with this business owner is challenging due to their unprofessional demeanor and inability to handle various materials dealing with clothing/hats. Plus they avoid accountability. & as of recent It's concerning that they've started taking pictures of people and vehicles in the parking lot of people they find “suspicious” or workers that park close to her building. They recently got many cars towed including my co workers and other workers/customers in the shopping center, who were fined $400 each. I had come here because I had seen great reviews however that was not my experience.
I brought in 2 hats to see if she can remove the stains from the top. The lady said yes no problem I was sure to ask if they worked with baseball caps before and if it was possible. It took them 8 days to do both hats. When I picked them up the hats were damaged.
The stitching stretched, the bills broken. Creases on the front and they sat crooked,

Extremely disappointed and more so saddened because this place ruined my satin dress. My dress had a small water stain in the middle of my stomach mostly bellybutton area before leaving it I specifically asked if the fabric wasn’t too delicate for dry cleaning and if it was safe. Well the Asian man said it would be okay. When I came to pick up my dress it was ruined it appeared that they over stretched the satin and when I told the Asian lady she got offended and began blaming me. Said that I brought my dress like that and that it looked like it was only water damage.
