Athens s is the worst waste service I have ever experienced! They don't even pick up my trash every time. I have to call them a number of times to get someone out. I know there is nothing I can do, which is frustrating!

The worst trash company in the world never fails after pick up the entire neighborhood is left with trash all over the streets these drivers are extremely rude and simply don’t care.

Over priced services, worse decision POMONA CITY ever did. Pass the buck to its residents and get over charged for crappy bins and over priced services. Total rip off. The customer services is excellent for that reason I gave it one star, everything else sucks. The male operator are the absolute worse too btw. They have no sense of emotional intelligence, please do better. Juan, is THE WORSE OPERATOR. Not understanding, not helpful, super condescending. The absolute worse.
