Just wanted to drop a note for the excellent service Mark provided for the ceramic protection on my 2017 Honda CRV. Prior to the work, Mark took his time to explain the process and the results in a clear, comprehensive way. I found him to be honest and helpful with all the questions and concerns I had about the process.
