Whatever you do, do not come to this shoe repair. If I could give zero stars I would. The man completely ruined my purse and even attached the emblem upside down. He proceeded to blame it on me saying I told him to attach it that way. I explicit said to NOT attach it upside down. The only bright side is that he gave me my money back, but now my purse is completely ruined. And he was the most rude business owner I have ever met. He threw my money back at me. Worst business experience I have ever gone through.

Highly recommended! This is the best shoe shop ever! please go here. dont mind what people say. Your experiance is what counts not others dont assume by revews until you know yourself. The elderly man is my grandpa and sometimes he can get out of control but he is an amazing man!

Had a pair of heels where one of the straps ripped off and the other was starting to rip. I was about to throw them away but instead brought them here to get them fixed. I paid $20 and they were done in about a week. My shoes are fixed and very sturdy now - I'm very happy with the outcome! The man who works here is older and I think he uses more of a traditional ticket system tracking the shoes. So I would be careful to make sure you don't lose track of your ticket so he can get you your order accurately! Be nice and patient, he's an elderly man
