Irene is honestly the best—she knows so much about the human body. The studio is always super clean, and time just flies when I’m working out with all the different equipment. I also love that I’ve learned more about my body and the exercises that work best for me.

Solid reformer classes that have improved my mobility and core strength. It is a bit warm in there (mainly because the classes are so challenging ?) so bring a towel! Toe socks are a must.

I'm doing pilates since 2016, and instructor Irene is an exceptional instructor that I have ever met until now. She has great knowledge in human anatomy that she always explains and points out what muscles should be working for each motion. Her class is not only for exercise. It also helps me to understand my body condition and improve body alignment, which is the original purpose of pilates.
