Horrible Service. No communication at all. They just leave you sitting there and not say anything. This place is old and dirty looking. The workers who I saw just sitting need to give it a thorough Cleaning. It’s messy, crowded and dirty looking. Will not give them any business.

I've seen so many people come here in all generations for many many years, especially during the weekend their rate/stars does not define or deter me from coming here as many times as I have in over 20 years. I understand some have language barriers or have limited English proficiency, however Neena; Linda; Amy; Aniee...all of these ladies are very professional in getting your hairstyle requests done along with very kind hospitality!!!

I've been going for years and have always been happy with a great job when finished . Those people that put a negative review expected a miracle to their ugly fungus feet. Nothing can fix their problems .

absolutely terrible for my toenails! It really hurt when they trimmed my toenails. I also paid extra to get my callus removed, however it wasn't removed at all! my toenails got damaged so bad. poor color selection, poor skills....Service: Pedicure

I only get my hair highlighted or cut here, been a hair client of Annie since 2020. Place does need a good cleaning and is very outdated in decor. Even tho I like my stylist, I do find it rude the staff always talks in their native language in front of customers. Today's visit was horrible. My stylist was running late as usual but 45 minutes late is unacceptable. Nobody from the salon had the courtesy to phone me and let me know. Once she was ready for me she seemed to be very mad or upset and wasn't talkative as usual. She wasn't listening to my requests and became a bit defensive. I have noticed price differences in the past when I have the same thing done, and today she overcharged me by $25.00! Then stated the next time I come in it will be more money yet they still have the original pricing behind the cashier which is much less. She had me under the dryer while she was working on someone else. Well, the first time I washed it, I could barely comb thru it...it was like combing thru mud! My hair is way OVERPROCESSED and falling out ! I called the salon and spoke to cashier/manager and he told me "I don't know anything about hair" so I can't refund you. I called Annie to explain she kept me under the dryer for too long while she attended to someone else and that severely damaged my hair and that I wanted a refund (even a partial refund would be ok). She made excuses as to why my hair is damaged and said "if you don't like the way I do your hair you don't have to come back here". WOW...as a client of hers with never a prior issue, that is how I'm spoken to?! No Problem, I WILL NOT be coming back! Annie Phan you just lost a repeat client. Thanks for killing my hair, you idiot.
