My primary care physician was excellent. He really took the time to get to know me, my medical history, etc. However, the physician's assistant seemed to be a bit inexperienced, especially when it came to drawing blood. She kept poking me all across the arm and this portion of my visit was generally an unpleasant experience.

I appreciated how clearly Alejandra explained everything to me when I called the office. She made scheduling simple and made sure I had all the information I needed before my appointment.

Just called the number listed to see if this was an urgent care who was taking walk ins with my insurance and the operator just took the info and said “your message has been taken, good bye” no further instruction or anything lol what a joke

I had the worst experience with one of the nurses on our first visit . She insisted what she wants, not what the patient wants . The patient have the right to use whatever contact information the patient wants , she made us so upset that we decided we are not going back and we will look for another doctor . We did not experience a positive relationship with the staff, nurses and doctor and yet they advertise that they care about their patients . If you truly care about your patients , you don’t advertise it , you show it to them on their visit or when they call .

Its almost impossible to call them and actually get in touch with someone in the office. You get transferred to a 3rd party call center that also doesnt help with you knowing if your message was recieved by anyone on your care team.

Quick to answer, call back and make appointment. Always come here. Its close to home, caring staff and clean

I have come to this clinic for urgent care in the past. The staff that check you in was good and the person checking your vitals. But once we saw the doctor it felt rush. Also the doctor forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy. Had to wait till next day to call the clinic and ask what had happened.

I'm very impressed with one of the nurses in Dr. Chabouni's office, Tanya Vo. She is very knowledgeable and takes customer service to the next level. This is how people in customer service jobs should be. Dr. Chabouni is very nice & easy to talk to, I actually feel like he's listening to me. I've been to several doctors and it's hard to get them to listen but he makes me feel comfortable and he really understands.
