If you want same day cleaning you have to drop the clothing as early possible for same day turnaround. There is also a small fee for same day service. “Owner hand wrote someone else's name on the tags of two of my custom made and monogrammed dress shirts using black ink. After some back and forth, she offered to try and clean it but when I brought it in she was worried it might smear.The dry cleaning itself was good. They only do this for dress shirts so if you're dropping off a dress shirt, especially an expensive one, ask them not to write on it and use a tag.I attached a photo but redacted the other person's name for privacy reasons. Bad day.“
