Bathroom was filthy and smelled bad. I've been in rest areas bathroom in the interstate cleaner than that Vons restroom. Then at the checkout, the bar code on the hydrogen peroxide was messed up. The clerk looked at me as if I needed to leave the line with 4 other people behind me. She could have called for assistance or just looked up on their site. Come on. At least clean the bathroom.

The store was nice enough but my "beef" actually lies in the meat department pun intended I tried to get two pounds of prime rib-eye from the worker that goes by the name "Max" I found out later from a supervisor that he's supposed to be the manager. Upon placing my order Max rolled his eyes at me and acted like he was bothered by having to interact with a customer. That was the first problem. Second problem following was after I completed the rest of my shopping I was walking to my car where I saw Max smoking something by a Hyundai (I'm guessing his?) car and it smelled like marijuana. There were no physical check out clerks when I went in last time. And the one clerk that was there at the automated check out was kind of rude when I asked what happened to all the check out people. And security wasn't helpful when I asked questions about digital coupons as he was hovering over me as I was trying to figure it out. The whole vibe in this store just went bad I really hope they didn't can all the sweet check out ladies that had been there for years this is a really bad look for vons. I can always shop elsewhere where I feel welcomed. And am supporting physical checkout clerks. Plus they have ai automated "owner" respond messages on googles... read full review
