I had reached out to a few others who do fibroblast and did not feel confident in their services, but felt very comfortable with JoAnn given her nursing history, certifications and overall knowledge of the treatment. On the day of my appointment she walked me through all the steps of the process and upon completion, she gave me very clear after care instructions.
