I’ve been going here for over a decade. Great service, but as of recently, gift cards bought during the holiday season cannot be used in conjunction with a $2 eyebrow threading coupon. This has never been an issue in the past. Management claims it to be “double dipping”. I find that ridiculous as that was NEVER disclosed at time of purchasing the cards and we should be able to use our gift cards when we choose. So to enforce that out of nowhere is why once my card is done, I will have to re-evaluate if I want to keep coming here. I’m surprised nobody else has posted on this considering I know I’m not the only one upset.
