I don't know sbout this place lol the sales associate Haykel literally had one working eye which I found kinda ironic! Got glasses for my daughter. They got us on the reflective coating at $75 each but if it helps with eye strain im ok with that . They had the buy one get one free scam deal going so got to pairs of prescription glasses for just under $400. Haykel said there was also a 2 yr warranty in frames and lenses ill ask for that in writing upon pu. They didn't even have an optometrist in house for eye exam it was done remotely which is kinda weird. They didn't measure my 14 yr old kids head either to fit frames .If i had known there wasn't a comprehensive eye exam i probably wouldn't have gone here.Will se how they turn out when we pu. I've read some horror stories about people getting wrong prescriptions here. Definitely second guessing myself now. I'm assuming they're going to be ok otherwise this franchise wouldn't stay in business right? The more I read about them the worse it sounds ! Argh....

It started off with a big smile and welcome from Haykel, as he asked me to fill out some information and then I went for in for the initial tests with Brenda, who is the greatest Doctor's technician ever! She was a delight to chit chat with! Elias brought me in for a hybrid interview with an optometrist and he also was the one to clean and tighten up my old glasses. What a nice guy! I was then brought over to Martha to complete my visit after I picked out 2 of my favorite frames. There are so many frames to choose from and it was relaxing picking them out as no one pressured me. Martha and Haykel were thorough as they explained all options to me, again without pressure....read full review

This place is quality! I went for an annual eye exam, and brought in a pair of glasses I got last year that I wasn't 100% happy with. I had gotten 2 pair, both progressive tri-focals. With one my vision was perfect, with the other I couldn't find that sweet spot to be able to easily read my phone, and using the computer wasn't nearly as easy as the other pair. I thought I was going to need new lenses. Enter Jasmine, who put the glasses on a machine, marked them up, had me put them on, compared them to my other pair, and proceeded to make a simple adjustment to the nose pieces so the glasses would sit higher on my face. Voila! Perfection! I really appreciate her expertise, and especially her honesty and integrity to simply fix the problem rather than seize the opportunity to try to sell me a new pair of lenses. You just can't beat that!
