Ray Harris is hands down the BEST and most talented hairstylist I have ever experienced in all of San Diego in my 5 years of being here! And trust me, I have tried ALOT!!! Including in La Jolla!
He not only pays attention to detail, but he cares about the condition of your hair and keeping it healthy. And when he cuts your hair he never, ever overcuts or over does it. He is very conservative and conscientious. He's careful about keeping your length.
