Ace and Ty are very professional and very thorough. They finished the commercial project within the timeframe they gave. During the punch-walk at the end of the project we didn’t find anything that needed to be addressed as everything was completed to our satisfaction.

There estimates are very clear and they have always stood by their word and their work. The painters Jose, Ty and Juan have been so professional courteous and clean. We had some problems with tenants but the Project Manager Michael handled the situation very well and got resolved quickly.

I’ve trusted Procoat for a few years now to do several projects for us. Their prices are fair, their warranty is great, and the customer service goes above and beyond. We live in Vista and they’ve come out on several occasions to quote and complete our stair rails, kitchen cabinets, and finally our full interior. Ace is also knowledgeable whe I comes to explaining exactly how the process will go so that we can plan our lives around the project. He’s very understanding about any conflicts of our own work and scheduling, also HOA regulations. The team is very professional and clean. We will be back soon for the outside of our home.
