We bought an old house with an old pool and it was a challenge to keep it dialed in consistently. Our previous services couldn't manage to figure things out. Then I called the fine folks at McKinney's and boy am I glad I did. This team has been nothing but nails since day one and we recently passed a year under their care. I have had to call them out on a couple of extra occassions when we were working to dial things in, and they were nothing but professional and accommodating. Our pool has never looked better. Our technician, Junior, consistently does an outstanding job and is always professional and courteous. Unlike our previous pool company, which frequently no-call/no-showed and left the pool barely cleaned using our own equipment, McKinney’s has exceeded our expectations every time and leaves us eager to dive in.
Not only is the service significantly better, but we’re actually paying less than before. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!
McKinney’s Pool Services was a great find! Every person I communicated with was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional - from original inquiry w/ Seth to our tech visit w/ Sean. Sean communicated with great knowledge and a willingness to explain even the smallest of details to me. He also offered to answer questions I had beyond the visit, if needed.
