Walked in and was seen within 15 minutes. Had a virtual meeting with the doctor and although it was somewhat different the care was exceptional. Doctor was very thorough and staff were friendly.

I am from out of state. Concerned where I could get help for my injured foot. I had never tried to use my Medicare advantage out of state so that added to my anxiety. I was able to make an appointment and submitted all my information on the website before I arrived, so check in was seamless. The person that took me back brought a wheelchair, took my vitals and did x rays. He was very kind and I felt very confident in his ability. The PA came in and talked to me about the accident, looked at my foot and confirmed the break. Also very kind and confidant. I left with instructions and a boot. From the moment I walked in the door to the last interaction the team was great! They listened, they heard, and made me feel at ease knowing I was in good hands. They all work together so well and I am on the road to recovery because they took the time to hear what was ailing me. Thank you so much! Oh and I even got a follow up call the next day checking in on me. Thank you doesn't seem big enough! I'm so grateful for you all!
