The showroom has a small footprint but packed more in than all of the big places. There are so many options for cabinetry, tile, backsplashes, etc. The designer listened and made helpful suggestions. The build team was extremely thorough, measuring things carefully, double checking their work, and adjusting plans as needed. The project manager was clear, always making sure clients knew what was going to happen each day. The builders were great at their jobs and pleasant to be around. They cleaned up at the end of every day. The job was done ahead of schedule and the work is beautiful. This was a second remodel with Kitchen's Plus, and everyone was very conscientious and respectful. Working with their designer was a great experience. They met at various locations to pick out materials. The project manager was always on top of everything and responded so quickly and checked in at least daily on the job. Kitchen's Plus completely remodeled our kitchen and would happily recommend their services. Everyone interacted with was professional and pleasant to work with. The designer was responsive and detailed in the layout design. The owner spent quite a bit of time reviewing the details. Jeff, the project manager kept clients up to date on what was happening next. Thankfully, there was a very positive experience with Kitchen's Plus; overall the project went well.
Let me start of by saying I LOVE my kitchen! Kitchens and bathrooms in my opinion are two crucial areas on a home you cannot cut corners on. Trying to find a good company was a bit challenging at first until I came across Kitchens Plus. (I found them through a neighbor). From the moment I stepped in I knew this would be the place. Let me begin by saying it is a very organized business, with a very clean showroom and they have so many options! Sarah was able to come to my home, take measurements, asked what I had in mind and went back and created a design for us. I was so blown away by her design that it almost seemed unreal that my kitchen could look like that. Moving forward, we decided this would be the place we would trust to do our kitchen remodel. Matt the owner is awesome! He runs a very tight ship. He listens to what you have to say and makes sure to check in during the whole process. I think this speaks volumes when an owner can take the time to check in and make sure everything is running smoothly. His team was on time, everything was done on schedule and the outstanding workmanship is by far some of the best I’ve seen. My kitchen turned out amazing. It looks just like the rendering Sarah made for me if not better! I without hesitation would refer anyone to Kitchens Plus. I now have a quality kitchen that my family and I will enjoy for many years. Thank you Matt and all of the kitchens plus team for making my dream kitchen come true.
We contacted Matt Barns and talked about my kitchen renovation I have been working on. Matt and Sarah came to our house to look at what we have to work with. They asked what kind of requirements we had and what we liked and don't like. A week later Sarah had a couple of designs, and I must say that she nailed it!!! Once we got the final measurements for the cabinets we were set. Now we had A LOT of cabinets going in. So about 6 weeks later they were delivered. Now the transformation begins. And what can transformation it was. Mike is the MASTER installer. Well that's the title I gave him. Came in and did his thing. His craftsmanship is 2nd to none. I was so impressed with his work. The time Mike spends to make sure everything is perfect is super appreciated. Now I have to tell you, I'm extremely anal when it comes to finish work. Mike met and exceeded our expectations. There were a few things that came up that were no fault of Matt or Mike. They handled with no problems. Working with the Kitchens Plus team has been a great experience and I will use them again when my next project comes up.
