Robert built a new gaming computer ground up to replace my aging computer. I wanted the new computer to be exactly like my old with the same OS and all my files one except with newer components and expanded memory. He very methodically researched the pros and cons of every component in terms of price and performance. He provided and kept updating a running google spread sheet, photo's and rational for his choices. His choices for the PC case, motherboard, power souce, graphics card, and cooling system were well thought out and unmatched in terms of economy and efficiency. This guy is great! He was very responsive and helpful via text. On top of that, he was honest and friendly when he couldn't fix my hardware issue with the Surface tablet computer because of the way it's made. Highly recommend!

Robert has helped me with my laptop for the past year. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely patient with helping someone that isn’t computer savvy. He’s also very reasonably priced and helps to make suggestions on what is best for you and things that are going to not cost you an arm and leg! He installed a new hard drive and he did it fast. He’s honest and I won’t trust anyone else to touch my computer. He’s always there when I have questions and will stop by when I can’t figure something out.
