Had the pleasure of working with Dave on a bay/picture window replacement. Extremely professional, knowledgable and honest. Inquired recently about replacing a "broken" window. Dave came by to measure and was able to fix the window on the spot! Amazingly, he did this as a courtesy. So impressed with his level of service and integrity. Highly recommend.

I had to replace the window balancer on my Milgard windows. I called Garland - Fields glass and windows since I saw they were authorized dealers. I have never had to do any sort of upkeep on my windows so this was definitely out of my comfort zone. When I called they were really helpful and instructing me on what I needed and when I walked in they walked me through how to find the serial number how to fix the balancer from start to finish. I ordered my replacement parts and I was advised it would take 7 to 10 business days and then I got a call later on in the day letting me know they had the piece and I could come pick it up! With the instruction I was provided while at the store I was able to pick up the pieces and replaced the balancers myself! 10/10 recommend!!!
