“I own Amada Senior Care in San Diego County and over our nearly eight years of business I have worked with many Fiduciaries who acted on behalf of our clients in common for financial matters. I am very impressed with what I have seen from Banks & Banks and Lincoln Banks in particular.I one particular case he advocated for a client with the insurance company who held a Long Term Care policy. The language in the policy was very specific relative to what services it would pay for. The policy was several years old and the care options that exist today were not available when the policy was written. Lincoln Banks, after much effort, was able to convince the insurance company to allow the policy holder to use their benefits for services not specifically called out in the policy language.I have dealt with hundreds of Long Term Care policies on behalf of clients and I, frankly, did not believe this was possible.I would recommend Banks & Banks to anyone who is looking for Fiduciary services.“
