Great studio with friendly team and small class sizes! I took an intro class with Stevie as my instructor and you can tell she is an expert in her field! Her cues were perfectly descriptive without being distracting, and she makes sure your form is correct to focus on long term benefits, both physical and mental! I have done barre but this felt just as or more physically challenging while also somehow gentler on the body. The reformer can seem intimidating but this studio, from the quick and friendly text and phone call responses to everyone on site, makes you feel welcome and supported. I am hooked!

Wow! I have been going to Dr.Pilates for a new months now and enjoy the classes so much I decided I wanted to celebrate my birthday by doing Pilates with my family and friends. About a month ahead I rented the studio, which was a painless process, and am so glad I did. Yesterday we arrived and I was blown away that they decorated with balloons, flowers, a bday sign, etc. it was so incredibly sweet and cute. I began my Pilates journey with ten private sessions taught by a classically trained instructor with over a decade of experience in a beautifully grounded home studio filled with classical equipment. But with two kids I’d like to put through college, a mortgage, and a car that’s about to need replacing, I realized it was time to find a more affordable studio with group classes.
