Steven Rostart was a referral from my sister-in-law, fro whom I can trust any reference. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. After meeting with several agents, it was clear that not all were created equal. he was prompt, responsive and professional. I won't get into the strange details of the transaction due to the sellers behaviors, but let's just say this was not an easy job for Steve. This sale came with some minor waves and bumps along the way (having nothing to do with him or the company he works for) and he was able to smooth them all out - I am VERY impressed with how he handled everything. We live in the midcentury treehouse of our dreams and it is all because of him. THANK YOU STEVE - FOR EVERYTHING!

I can't believe there's only four reviews on Yelp but I'm sure there's plenty of reviews on other platforms. I can not say enough good things about Steven. I knew Steven prior to having him be our agent to sell our California property, we actually met at a gym where a good majority of my prior co-workers went and several of them had utilized his real estate expertise for buying and selling. Even after I stopped going to that gym, I would see Steven at events in La Mesa where he supported the community. His family is just fantastic. So, when it was time for us to pick a real estate agent - I really didn't have to look any further than Steven. He explained the process fully in a way we understood what was going to happen and when. He was patient with our questions and gave us honest answers as well as feedback. His team worked amazingly to make our home beautiful in the listing. He went out of his way to assist while we were trying to juggle working full time and sell our home. He made sure to look out for our kitties during showings and any inspections that took place. I've already recommended Steven to everyone and I will continue to do so. I wish I knew him when we bought the place and I wish I could bring him to Arizona to be our agent when we are ready to buy out here.

I can't say enough how professional truly caring and knowledgeable Steven is, our house purchase was so smooth and worry free.
