Club Pilates is a life-changing place with amazing instructors like Stacy, Rhonda, Jennica, Jessica, Madison, Tracy, and more. They offer a range of classes from relaxing center and balance to intense bar workouts. The trainers are attentive to your needs and help you stretch out problem areas. The classes are clean and well-ventilated, creating a comfortable environment. The front desk admin, Alexa, is kind and welcoming. Many have found relief from physical issues and increased strength through the classes. It's not just about physical benefits, but also mental well-being as it provides a stress-relieving meditation-like experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health.
Love love love Club Pilates! All the instructors are amazing and have their own style. Stacy Carlock - I cannot say enough good things about her. She is the reason I signed up and one of my most favorite instructors. She is fun, a ray of sunshine and just as important she knows how to teach. She gives excellent instruction for correct form. I feel like she truly cares. Another fav is Rhonda, super funny and her classes kick my butt. Actually both Stacy and Rhonda's bar classes I really feel the next day! Stacy Evans, Julie and Jennica are also fantastic. They really all are. There is something for everyone, from center and balance when I want a relaxing moment to a bar class when I want a major workout and everything in between. Club Pilates has changed my life. I no longer have knee pain, my hips and back feel so much better and my ankle strength (lots of rolled ankles in the past) is much better. I feel more stable. But it's the mental aspect of it that makes it 1000 times worth it. It's like meditation for me... the one hour a day I focus on only what the instructor is saying. My stress melts away and I feel better all around. Highly recommend!
I have nothing but good things to say about the trainers here at Club Pilates La Mesa. They ask in the beginning of each class you if their are any physical issues / limitations you maybe dealing with, so they can suggest some changes to the way can still work the areas they are focused on with each movement. Jessica Smith, Madison, Rhonda Kirwan, Stacy Evans, & Tracy Ford keep me motivated to challenge myself with each class I take. The Class is clean and well ventilated. Alexa the front desk admin is always kind, helpful and courteous. She gives you an inviting and comfortable feeling when she greets you as you enter that's a bonus. This Class has strengthen my atrophied leg to almost fully functioning at 95% and I now can walk without a limp which has helped my aching back significantly . Thank God I found this Class!
At 50 years old, i joined Club Pilates after having surgery on my ankle. I needed to regain my strength and my balance. Stacy Carlock quicky became one of my favorite instructors! i have to admit, I was worried about hurting my knee or my neck when doing some of the exercises, but she took the time to be sure I was focusing on using the correct muscles. She modifies moves when needed so we can feel successful. She has great energy and she's always encouraging! Stacy is a fantastic teacher!
