As first time homebuyers and with rates being what they were, we didn’t have much hope. But then Brian came along and made magic happen! He was amazing and helpful with our home loan, very detailed, quick to respond and attentive. He made us feel like number one priority, checking in with us on a regular basis. He broke things down for us so we were well informed and didn’t feel uncertain about anything. When we finally found our home, he made sure everything was done to keep things moving along and made sure we were able to close on time. It was a pleasure working with him, he does not disappoint. Brian Kapferer is my miracle worker. I don't recall exactly how our paths crossed but I will be forever grateful it did. My husband and I were in a terrible financial situation about seven years ago. Due to a purchase of solar panels we added much more to our mortgage than what was promised. Instead of a $200 per month increase in our mortgage payment we were facing over $1,000 more per month. Our credit scores were in the low 500's. No one would help us. We were going to lose our house. But then I met Brian over the phone. He said it was possible to refinance. I held onto that last hope.
