Quick response, Eric B is my husband's trainer. He's very responsive, helpful and focuses on hubs needs. Eric also take notice when my hubs was injured and changes up the workouts as needed. Everytime hubs comes home from a workout he's on the ground hahaha. The gym is not fancy but it has everything you need to get your butt kicked! Hubs has an increase in confidence and energy. I was asked by a co-worker if I wanted to join her at her gym. I thought "what the heck". That was in January of 2021. Eric B. is our trainer. The confidence & determination he sees in my abilities (I am a 58 year old woman who hasn't moved much in years due to my weight and complications caused by my weight) gives me the confidence to move and help myself become strong...physically & mentally.
