I have visited Affinity a few times and the service has been fast and efficient from the girls at the front, the ones assisting with x-rays, assistants and the young lady explaining cost in detail. The doctor is also great! I've had to return because of one little incident and they managed to take care of me the next morning. This place is very helpful and my teeth look and feel great!
I usually don't leave reviews, but I recently had the utmost privilege of being under the care of Dr. Paul Michaels and his amazing team for a wisdom tooth extraction and sedation case. I couldn't be more happy with the entire experience. Making my trip from LA, I was a bit hesitant as I was coming a long way and didn't know what to expect from the staff. However, from the moment I walked into the clinic, the reception staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze after filling out the usual first-time patient documents. The ladies at the front were exceptionally sweet and were so kind. Dr. Michaels and his team of dental hygienists and assistants are true professionals and took the time to thoroughly explain the whole procedure and was reassuring in regards to the recovery after my extraction. The sedation process was quick, especially because there were multiple people assisting in the entire procedure. I felt minimal discomfort and was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. The recovery was also very quick, and I was prescribed proper medication that minimized swelling within 24 hours. Dr. Michaels and his team provided clear instructions for aftercare and I highly recommend Dr. Paul Michaels and his team for anyone seeking top-notch dental care.
Just wanted to take the time to recognize Affinity Dental in La Mesa. My mother is a disabled senior citizen, and visits to the dentist are not always days that I look forward to. All of that changed with my recent visit. First off, the hygienist Veronica was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she loves what she does. To me the stand out was her assistant Judith. She was so caring and gentle with my mom, I had never seen anything like it. My mom was instantly at ease, and made the experience for both of us extremely pleasant. Nice to come across people who love what they do, but more importantly, people who care and treat the elderly like important human beings. I will be bringing my mother back.
