I was given a few different prescriptions. The first set of glasses came in and I couldn’t see out of them. The person helping me told me I had to take the glasses and wear them for 2 weeks before any adjustments could be made. I said aren’t glasses supposed to help you see better?!? I cannot not see out of these! Someone finally understood and got me to see doctor again to see what happened. Sent glasses back again. Now the bifocal was in my straight line of sight. Sent back again. I pick up glasses and 3 days later I am driving and the street signs are not focus. I go back. They act like I am asking too much. I was very, very impressed with the facility and the services from everyone from the ladies to the doctor super friendly, pretty quick timeframe and I would recommend this to everybody and their grandma’s!😀.. so I’m giving this place a 10 star across the board and again I can’t say enough nice things about Acuity eye ware ! Love em!!
I’m honestly puzzled by some of the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here for the past five years and have had nothing but excellent experiences. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. They really make an effort to get you in and out without compromising quality care. Whether it’s a routine checkup or a new prescription, I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!
