They have facilitated multiple home purchases, even with aggressive timelines, and have consistently delivered a great experience with clear communication and smooth process.
I cannot recommend Tracy Trudeau and his team highly enough! Tracy figured out how to qualify us for a good interest rate in a touch mortgage market, he made himself available at all hours, he is a problem solver not a compliance person, his team is top notch and highly professional and experienced, he coordinated expertly with the escrow officers, and he does what it takes to finalize the loan. This is the second time I have worked with Tracy and his team. Whenever I purchase property, I will work with Tracy and his Origin Point team.
Tracy and his team were great. This was the easiest loan process I have ever been through. Their asset based loan is a great product that allowed us to get into our home with no contingencies.
Working with Tracy Trudeau has been the most incredible experience we have had in home buying. He was communicative and transparent throughout the process. When we would receive calls, emails, and texts from him we were always left feeling calm because we knew things were honest and transparent. His team is on top of things and the best part is they respond quickly - we were never left wondering or feeling in the dark about next steps. Tracy has a calm and kind demeanor that truly helps with such a stressful process. 11/10 we highly recommend!
