Dr Hackley and his team were amazing! They got me in immediately following my flights from out of the country and had me scheduled for surgery two days after my consultation(could have done it the next day if I wanted). He did an amazing job fixing my collarbone- I was back riding horses 40 days after! From the initial consult, to the follow up appointments, and billing insurance; the whole team was spot on and made it easy! He had me into surgery at 5pm, and on my way home by 7:30 with zero complications. I would recommend dr Hackley and his team 100% for orthopedic surgery- this was not my first collar bone surgery, but it was my best!
I just want to thank PA Christina Hansen! She has been so compassionate and communicative throughout my injury and also when she saw my husband for his injury. This is definitely hard to find in healthcare nowadays, it’s very much appreciated. Additionally, the facility itself has been great overall. Very efficient and great about helping you over the phone as well.
