I've been using Tom for about 14 years for personal taxes and several businesses. He's an absolute expert who is always on the ball and has deep knowledge on all areas, accounting, tax, and business. I'd be lost without him.

I got a recommendation to contact him for his accounting services but after 3 attempts by email and using his online "contact form" I never heard from him. Wow, not sure how he stays in business and I feel sorry for his clients. I'm sure the communication is horrible. Oh well, it's better to know this upfront so I don't get tied in with a guy who's non-responsive.
