As a guy, I have never really thought about my hair. I would just go to Sportclips or someplace like that and be done in 15 minutes. It was usually OK. But after the third butcher job in a row, I decided I really do care how my hair looks. So I sought professional help!
Thanks to Yumi, I now actually get compliments on my haircut, instead of “oh, you got a haircut!” Just a couple more visits to Yumi to go before my haircut is healed!

I was in La Jolla on a vacation when I felt the need to get a blowout. I called Luxe Lather Lounge and they were able to fit me in same day. Yumi was amazing. She has some serious massage skills, so the shampoo/condition was the best, but her skills don’t stop there — she was able to smooth out my frizzy, wavy hair without using any additional hot tools other than a blow dryer and round brush, and she also knew how to style my bangs and layers. I left feeling so lucky for finding such an amazing salon and stylist on a whim! Thanks Yumi.
