This was my first try at Lele's after checking out the reviews on Yelp. I brought my comforter to be cleaned. The staffs were friendly, efficient and nice. For both drop-off and pick-up, I was out in a few minutes. There was a little bit confusion about the charge by two different staff; at drop-off I was informed it would be $35, yet when I was ready to pay I was told $40. But the lady was very gracious saying it was no problem and $35 it was. I'll come back again.

I just think they are the best in the entire SD County. Good people, good business. I used them for years and I have zero complaints. Even once when something went wrong, they told me what happened when I went in and they just went forward to solve the problem. They are kind, ethical and work to please their clients.

I love this place. Been bringing all my clothes here for the last 4 years, never had any issue. Tony and Cathy treat everyone likes family. They always professional, caring and respectful.
