Justin asked for any concerns I had about the wear and tear on my rug, and any specific issues. He was quick yet meticulous. The carpet looks fantastic. Afterwards, he walked me through the process and offered suggestions on how to properly maintain our rug, taking into account the usage of the rug (children, dogs, cats). I had a wonderful experience with Carpetworks. They did a awesome task cleaning my area rug. They contacted me 30 minutes prior to arriving, were polite, professional and did an OUTSTANDING job on the area rug. recommend this company.
