She’s young, not too young. Cool, just the right amount. She’s Jes of “Jes Reid Hair Studio” I saw her for the first time today after looking for so long to click with someone. I won’t say my age because I think this lady can adapt to any age. I had a wash, cut , and style. Jes made it look easy and effortless after just a couple minutes of me telling her what I wanted, and I love my hair. She has great energy and is completely down to earth. She has an adorable shop in La Jolla and is very reasonably priced.
Next time I will have her do a more appropriate color than I have now after trying to do it myself. Can’t wait!

A true artist!
First of all Jess is an amazing listener. I came in with a lifelong experience of a natural blonde, growing darker, and dingier. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t want. I’ve had so many disappointments resulting in thousand of wasted dollars on stylists who listened, but still did their own thing, their own signature look. So I have been highlighting and toning my own hair for years now. I mean at least if I screw up, I didn’t lose $300- $400.
