I love my workouts with Gotham Pilates and Laura. She tailors my workouts around pains and aches that I'm having at the time and teaches me the right exercises (and how to do them correctly) to support my joints, improve my posture, and alleviate the pain (I have had runner's knee, a soar shoulder from swimming, and lower back pain from sitting the wrong way and too much for work). I'm always impressed by her knowledge of biomechanics from her years as a dancer and instructor (I am a biomechanical engineer by trade). I highly recommend her and Gotham Pilates!

I am so happy Laura is continuing Virtual Pilates sessions. I find them fun and energizing, different from the studio version but equally challenging and effective. I often begin sessions feeling stiff - the stretches Laura gives me do the job and are fun to learn. Laura’s quick mind means she adjusts to feedback and what she sees to give her student what is needed in the moment, just as she always has. I feel worked, stretched and grounded after my sessions.I am a real fan of Gotham Virtual Pilates!

Laura is an exceptional Pilates instructor. She is experienced, knowledgeable and her attention to detail is unsurpassed. She makes sure you do the exercises correctly. And I always leave her studio feeling better than when I came in. She was instrumental in helping me overcome a major disc herniation without the need for surgery!
