Don't be fooled by the attractive website suggesting competence and client focus. This team has inadequate information intake processes and poor communication (internal & external) skills. These issues result in significant rework to deliver the intended output, which they falsely claim were due to 'change requests' that they then charge for. Absolutely appalling customer experience.
