Wendy and her team are top tier! I moved from across the country last year and my experience renting through Crown Mgmt has been wonderful. I've been renting for years, and you won't find many better. They are quick to take care of issues if any ever arise, and they are truly dedicated to ensure they keep their tenants happy. 10/10 recommend!

Crown Management has exceed our expectations as a management company. Wendy is very kind and knowledgeable about the market in the area. Any maintenance issue was always addressed within 24 hours. We appreciated the easiness of paying rent and submitting work tickets online. We have rented two different properties from Crown Management while in San Diego - both were very clean and well kept!

We loved our time with Crown Management! The move-in process was seamless, they were incredibly responsive to all of our questions & maintenance requests, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They take great care of their properties, and equally as great care of their tenants. We feel very lucky to have found Wendy and Crown Management to make us feel at home during our first couple years in San Diego. Overall - best landlords I’ve had to date!
