Caitlyn was very knowledgeable and very good in her technique and she explained everything she was doing and showed me things in the mirror. She has a gentle demeanor which is good also. It was a relaxing experience.

I LOVE Brow Lounge. Caitlin is amazing. My son is getting married in March 2025 - I am working with Caitlin to make sure my eyebrows and eyelashes are looking good for the wedding. She has been amazing. If you happen upon this wonderful little business, make sure you go in and get an appointment. You will not regret it.

I dropped in on a Friday early afternoon and was able to get a day of booking within 30 mins. They're typically an appointment only establishment. I was seen by Caitlin Brooks and she did a wonderful job with my brows. She mapped out what they would look like which was an added bonus. I am not big on wax as I often times have major breakouts. She was patient and willing to use tweezers/scissors to bring my brows back to their glory. Caitlin thank you for taking the extra care, attention and time!
