Kris and Aaron were wonderful to work with. They completely redid our frontyard and backyard and built a pergola structure + deck in the back that really matched our house. They often add nice succulents to landscaping, which serve as cool accents on our property. We got a lot of compliments from neighbors and have been regularly recommending them to our friends in the area.
It was so much easier to think about the pricing with an up-front all-included estimate, versus some others who charged us hourly rates for different jobs with unclear completion timelines.

Natural Vibrations Inc. just completed our second project with them, conversion of a 1960s rumpus room into a junior ADU, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining space. It required thoughtful design, placement of lengthy sewer and water lines, extensive new electrical work, addition of a window, HVAC heat pump system, removal and replacement of new sheetrock, insulation, porcelain flooring, quartz countertops, appliances, fine carpentry including custom shelving, restoration of antique stained glass windows, tiling, and a versatile lighting system with spectrum-adjustable LED illumination. NVI designed, demoed, and rebuilt our kitchen in 2017. We are as pleased today as we were then. They accepted and improved our suggestions while tactfully pointing out our mistakes - no mean feat. We have in the past, remodeled eleven houses across the country and abroad. Kris, Aaron, and Tony have surpassed all the crews for knowledge, skills, ingenuity, organization, work ethic, timeliness, and conviviality. We were sorry to see them go when they finished, but have solved that problem by asking them to return this month and tackle a larger project; to rebuild an existing bonus room to become a junior ADU.
