This studio has such a welcoming vibe and an excellent variety of classes. Whether you’re looking for something relaxing or more challenging, there’s always a great option. Ally, the manager, is super sweet and friendly to every single student. I love the yoga sculpt classes the best!

YogaSix La Habra is such a great hot yoga studio, and Slow Flow has quickly become my absolute favorite class. The heat, the music, and the pacing all come together perfectly—it’s relaxing, grounding, and still such a good workout. The instructors are so supportive and make every class feel approachable, whether you’re newer or experienced.

The studio is always clean, welcoming, and has the best energy. I leave every session feeling refreshed, strong, and completely reset. If you’re looking for a hot yoga studio with amazing classes (especially Slow Flow!), this is the one.

    Highly recommend!

I never really pictured myself as a yogi. I always assumed my fitness life would be nothing but CrossFit and other high-intensity workouts.

But now that I’m a few decades older, I’ve branched out and tried a handful of other studios—Smart Fit in Yorba Linda, Club Pilates, OrangeTheory, and eventually YogaSix. And out of everything I’ve tried in the past year, YogaSix has become my favorite. No matter which class I take, I leave feeling both exhausted and refreshed. It somehow gives me the intensity I want without leaving me sore for days, and it gives me a much-needed mental reset after getting beat up at work all week.

The team is incredible, with some especially talented instructors who know how to challenge you in the calmest, most compassionate way. They offer quiet options to scale up or down, never making newcomers (like me) feel self-conscious for not doing the hardest variation, but encouraging you to explore what your body can actually do.

I’m currently on a lower tier because of the program I’m enrolled in (onepass) but honestly, I’m constantly trying to figure out if I should just quit that and sign up full-time with YogaSix.

Advertised on Facebook that the six week challenge is free. It was hard to believe so I messaged to confirm if that’s really true with zero deposit. I believed them and came to the consultation appointment. 10 minutes into my consultation they say to pay $599 now to go into future membership. What?! Knew it. Another scam. They keep saying the challenge itself is free, but no. If I have to pay $599 to start the challenge, that’s a lot of money. NOT FREE. They say it’s because of what they provide, the meal plans, etc. I feel stupid for being tricked into their scam when the free challenge obviously sounded too good to be true. See the screenshot for proof of what they said. Asking for $599 is NOT A FREE CHALLENGE. Very disappointed in how they advertise to lure people in. I just wasted my time coming here this evening.

Got to the yoga studio at 9:01. Was only 1 minute late and they did not let me in, they cannot offer credits back either. My friend was in studio and she told me receptionist gave up my spot to someone that was waiting around, that is why they did not let me in. I do not understand and have never been to a studio that closed its doors within 1 minute of the scheduled time for class to begin. Lost my credits and they said they couldn’t do anything because class pass. From a business owner: if you cannot accomdate a group of customers maybe don’t offer that group your services?

I showed up 1min late. I kid you not at 5:31, because I hit every light on the way over. I jogged in with urgency with all my stuff ready to go, not needing to use the lockers/bathrooms or anything because I was aware I was late - by one minute... They did not allow me to attend the class and I had to pay a no show fee. Absolutely ridiculous. They do not inform you of this rule at all. I'm sure it's written somewhere within their studio, but I book my classes through class pass and it does NOT say anything about this insane rule. There's no buffer period at all? So ridiculous. Will not be coming back. So many better yoga places anyways. Try Ra Yoga locations. Much better instructors and accommodations.

Absolutely love this place! Wonderful staff here. Ashley is an amazing instructor, she makes the class enjoyable with her extraordinary knowledge of Pilates and movement, she's always has fantastic music plays lists! The room is dark with dim lighting, it makes me feel that much more comfortable. If you have not experienced Pilates, come take a free class! The instructors accommodate works outs to your level of comfort and will help you improve over time and grow and be in the best shape of your life, regardless of age! Definitely a 5 star club!
