Dr. Sepideh Zahedi’s office provides an excellent experience. The staff is friendly, and the doctor is highly knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed by Shayn’s patience while assisting a patient—it’s rare to see that level of care. Plus, parking is easy with plenty of spots available, and it's conveniently located right across the street from Costco. I’d give more than five stars if I could!

(Commenting using husbands account) I went in for my first pregnancy and immediately everyone was welcoming but unprofessional. The front staff had a lot of remarks about how young I am (21 and husband 26) and how “babies are having babies now”, during my second visit the staff was speaking in Spanish and gossiping about the doctor and patients like I wasn’t sitting right there (my husband was also shocked and very concerned at what they were saying). The dr also had a lot of remarks about my body and it felt like she’s more interested in the weight loss/cosmetic part of her clinic more than she is about being an OB. Both times I went in I had interns draw blood and I had to be stuck 4-5 times at both appointments, I’m ok with needles so I wasn’t that concerned but they didn’t ask if I wanted someone else to do it and kept sticking me until they got a vein. I was there for a routine check in on baby and the whole thing took over 3 hours, while I waited in the exam room, staff would come in and be shocked that the doctor wasn’t in the room yet, they told me about 3 times that they would go look for her until finally a student came in…. I also wasn’t asked if a student could join in the exam room for both of my visits (the second time, the student came in first and was nice but very confused as to where the doctor was). During my second visit, I waited over 2 hours In the waiting room and had only gotten my blood drawn during that time as I watched people who came in after I did, leave before I even saw the doctor.

Very old clinic. Seems like it is from early twenties. They sent me a final billing notice w/o any details regarding why they are billing me additional charge. Also, their final billing paper not showing that they charge 3% when you use a credit card. Also, Dr. told me that since I have PCOS and if I have visited her office earlier and took metformin medication, I would been pregnant by now. This is not what you need to tell you patient when she is under going IVF treatment and visited her office for pregnancy lost after the tranfser.

I came in about a year and a half ago because I was struggling with unusual spotting between my period. I had bloodwork done with Dr. Zahedy. I also wanted to start a different method of birth control. All this was shared with her on our first meeting. I did not get a call back from her. And now I come to realize that she missed some important biomarkers in my blood test that without treatment have developed into Hashimoto’s. It appears to me that Dr. Zehedy hardly cares about her patients and is more interested in getting her insurance money. Be careful with this woman. She’s got so many clients that she really doesn’t have time for new ones.

During our appointment, Zahdey had an assistant shadow her (without even asking me if I was okay with this). This girl could not stop herself from giggling at any concerns and issues I brought up about vaginal health. Zahdey did not say anything and seems to encourage this kind of behavior. I sincerely hope people look elsewhere because this place is a low bar.

Great Spa and Medical clinic.🥰 I have been a patient of Dr Zahedy both for her medical and cosmetic care and not only her medical knowledge and approach has been unique but her aesthetic treatment was exceptional. I love my results with her Sculptra injections .I had no pain during the procedure. She really put her surgical expertise towards her aesthetic treatment which makes it a different experience. Her staffs are amazing and welcoming. Thank you Dr Zahedy for your exceptional care.

I've been coming to see Dr. Zahedy-Kapusta for practically a decade and she always had great bedside manner. This time around, I went to get my IUD removed and a new one inserted. I emailed the office staff of my new insurance card 2 months in advance and hadn't heard back. I followed up 1.5 weeks before my actual appointment date and Ari lets me know the device is covered by the insurance, but it'll be $95 for the insertion. Two days before my appointment, an office associate called to reschedule my appointment to a day earlier. I wasn't too pleased about the date change since I was coming in from out of state, but it was one day, it shouldn't have been a big deal. I really should have taken that as a red flag to just cancel my appointment. During my service, Dr. Zahedy-Kapusta recommended I get a pap smear as well, which was done. I was under the impression Dr. Zahedy-Kapusta would give the same IUD, but she did not and inserted a new one that was 20% larger than the last. She did not mention the new characteristics of the new IUD - can be kept in for 6 years, it's 20% larger in size than the last one, etc. These are items that would have been great to know before I nearly passed out from the pain. She gave me a brochure of the new IUD after the procedure was done. I also never got results back from my lab -- I love that they tell me "No news is good news. If you don't hear back, then your labs were fine." LOL??? If that experience wasn't bad enough, the office associates had billed the wrong insurance, even though I provided a copy (front and back) via email 2 months prior, provided a copy while I was in person (the office staff obtained a copy as well), and yet somehow, the wrong insurance was still billed. When I informed their offices a month when I received my EOB, they said they'll correct and re-bill the charges to the correct insurance firm and told ME to follow up in 1 month. I'm not sure why I should be the one to their jobs, but to top it off, Ari had checked with the wrong insurance altogether and now I'll have to pay out of pocket for the entire procedure. The cherry on top? Ari says it'd be $95 for the IUD insertion but the EOB states it's $195 for insertion -- so did their medical offices just bill me $95 and also bill the insurance firm? I'll never come back here again. Dr. Zahedy-Kapusta might be a great doctor, but the focus seems to have shifted from OB/GYN women healthcare to cosmetology.

This office is extremely incompetent. They can't even do a simple task of refilling a medication that's needed on time. every single time I've gone and I've had tests done. They never call me back with any results so I never find out anything unless I call and ask myself. Doctor seems to only care about pushing her products for anti-aging , beautification& weight loss than she cares about women's health. She will never see you for a one on one consult. She always has student nurses with her if you're looking for an actual gynecologist that actually cares about women's health with the staff that's competent then go somewhere else. It's clear a Dr. Zahedy-Kapusta went into the wrong line of business. She should've done plastic surgery and Botox.
