This is a long over due review. I worked with Ryan to pick my flooring. He did propose some higher end vinyl flooring and said that it would look better than the others one since it is wider, longer and the repeat is less noticeable. As we discussed over the project, I did tellhim that I would like to have the whole house covered and even the stairs. As the work progresses, the flooring looks great except the stairs and the bottom floor that has lots of glue left and cannot be removed. I asked Ryan to come back and check the work. Quick response. Got emails of carpet samples right away with estimates. Walked in to pick which carpet we wanted for my grandmother's house which took a whole 5 minutes because they had our samples ready. Had the carpet installed within a week or so! Easiest transaction ever with great customer service at a competitive price.
