From start to finish, our experience was exemplary, marked by professionalism and expertise. Upon scheduling the appointment, I was impressed with their prompt arrival. RK Industries Group is wonderful! They are honest, hard-working, dependable, on-time, they did a lot of big jobs in repairing my old home. Every person on their staff that I came in contact with were so nice and comforting. The outstanding owner, Randy Kimura, is hands-on present and involved in making sure all goes well, as well as Gabby and Ralph were both also outstanding. It's always scary to have big work done on your home but I can attest that RK Industries is an honest, reputable company that you can trust and they did all work with successful repair and professionalism.
