Steve was unfailingly kind, has a great sense of humor, honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. When my sewer line broke away from the city main, Steve did the research to figure out if the break was on my side, or on the city's side of the property line. When I called him on a weekend about a geyser in my backyard, Steve called me back, even though he was on a vacation trip out of the area! He told me what needed to be done, and said that if I couldn't find a handyman to do it (it wasn't a difficult fix, but as a single working mom with two daughters, I did not want to tackle it) he would drive six hours to get to my house and fix it.
