I have had three unauthorized charges to my credit card from them in the past few weeks. I've been trying to get a hold of them and they don't answer. They seem like a scam and their VM is full.

Not sure if they are still in business or possibly closed due to illness. I called Monday, 1/31 and got a message that voicemail was full. I then sent an e-mail and still have not received a reply 5 days later. I drove by the shop on Wednesday, 2/2 and it was closed at 12:30 PM. No sign on the door, nothing.

Great turn around time . Needed help with my mac computer after I did the update and could not open my Quickbooks, Mark was able to save files and update new version .

Got my old lemon iMacs working in no time. Despite apple's unwillingness to fix their faulty hard drives FOR THE THIRD TIME, Illume solutions got them up and running! Great business.

I don't recommend this place, but if you do go CALL before you go, if you COULD get a hold of them! They were open but everything was locked but the store next to us told us that they close early randomly. I even left them a voice message twice and they STILL HAVENT GOTTEN BACK TO ME }:(

Took my Mac to these guys with a bad logic board.. computer was out of warranty was much faster and more reasonable than going to an Apple store! Thanks guys! Will recommend

Brought my laptop here last week after spilling coffee all over it (d'oh!). As someone else experienced, I did not have to pay anything after John ran diagnostics and found everything to be okay. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness of Illume. Other places would be quick to charge you a diagnostic fee. This was the second time I've been here (first visit was for a different laptop) and they perform quality work with quick turnaround.
