A pleasant grooming experience with a sweet, professional groomer who cares about your pets experience. My cat is very timid naturally; I was very pleased that she had a calm and mellow experience. I would recommend and will be back. Maisy looks and smells amazing, thank you Elite.

When we initially went here we really liked it. They did a great job and even gave him cute bandanas! Recently we brought him in to be groomed. My fiancé took our dog in and told them we wanted him cut short. He came home looking practically the same and didn't even look to be brushed and blown dried because he was all curly like prior which normally if he is washed and brushed he looks very straight. I asked my fiancé to take him back to have him cut because he wasn't cut at all. I even sent him with a photo of a cut they gave him the best try first time we went which shows him cut down, practically shaved. 3 hours later and he comes home looking the EXACT... read full review
