I never got a chance to experience there service. Not sure if it’s because they can tell that I am a black women when calling but there customer service is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday they contact me the day of when I’m already in the car with my Dog and on our way to tell me they have to reschedule me because there are “too many Dogs and it’s for safety.”I was offered a discount and told to come back the next day on Wednesday at 2. I then waited until the next day for our appointment just to then again be told once I have already loaded my Dog into the car that the groomer called in sick today. If I could give this place zero stars I would, I am so disappointed and livid about this place, the staff and the owner. I scheduled an appointment for my dog to get groomed, haircut and nails trimmed. I have a Great Pyrenees and he is a big boy 110lbs. I was told by the owner that they would require two people to wash and groomed my dog due to his size. I also mention to them that I had a Groupon that I will be using for that visit. On the day of my appointment my husband dropped off my dog and one of the ladies there had ask my husband to help her take my dog to the back where they have the bath tub. 1 hour later the owner calls me to let me know that my husband forgot...read full review
